ORDER AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this confirmation and your electronic receipt for your records.
  • Unless you have selected Next Day Delivery please allow up to 5 working days for your order to reach you. If for whatever reason an item is out of stock we will inform you of an estimated delivery date.
  • Your order will then be despatched following the delivery option that you selected.
  • Please be aware that ALL deliveries must be signed for

DELIVERY OPTIONS

All prices are in £ sterling and where applicable include the current VAT rate of 17.5%.

International customers: Any custom or import duties levied on your package once it reaches your country will be the customer's responsibility.

  • £8.75 Next Day delivery

Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly & Channel Islands

  • £11.00 Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

Republic of Ireland

  • £14.00 Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

Europe

  • £15.00 Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

Rest of World

  • £30.00 Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

If any item cannot be delivered within these timescales we will inform you of a proposed delivery date.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Komo-Loso Ltd accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/ Debit Cards - Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Delta, Maestro and Switch
  • Cheque - cheques should be made payable to Komo-Loso Ltd. Please write your name, address, long card number and expiry date of your card on the back. Please send your cheque to: C/O Katerina Birch, 5 Acqua House, 41 Melliss Avenue, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 4BY.
  • All payments must be in £ sterling - if you are ordering from overseas then your order will be payable by Credit Card Only.

PLEASE NOTE: You should allow up to 7 working days for your cheque to clear from the day that it is received. Once cleared your goods will be despatched

CUSTOMER SERVICE

RETURNS

We will always endeavour to offer beautiful, practical and quality driven product. If for whatever reason you would like to return your purchase please return it to us within 21 days for a full refund.

Please follow the procedure below:

  • Please ensure that all goods to be sent back are in an unused condition.
  • You will then need to fill out a 'Returns Form' - (click to download PDF) then print off. Please note that if your package is returned without this form we will not be able to process your refund. If for whatever reason you are unable to download or print out a form please send your full name, email address and telephone number to: returns@komoloso.com and one will be emailed to you.
  • Ensure the goods are repacked securely together with your completed Returns Form and a copy of your Receipt. The address you will need to send your package to is detailed at the top of this form.
  • Take your package to the post office and ensure that you keep your proof of posting. If packages are lost on return we cannot be held responsible.
  • We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned goods. Please allow 21 working days after we receive your goods for a refund to be completed.
  • Please note we are unable to refund Postage and Packaging or returns postage.
  • For security reasons your refund will be sent to you by cheque and will only be made payable to the person that originally paid for the order.

Komo-Loso's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Komo-Loso to the customer. Komo-Loso shall not be liable for any customer loss whether it comes about from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Komo-Loso cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this information.
